Quickly Mix Waffles
Using your own Gluten Free Biscuit Baking Mix
A yummy breakfast is just minutes away! Fry up some bacon or sausage and warm up the syrup! Let's eat!

Blend the wet ingredients together and then add to the gluten free mix and combine until smooth. Heat your
waffle iron. Pour in the batter from a pitcher into the center of the iron. Bake until the steaming stops,
usually about 2 minutes. Freeze extra waffles by wrapping in plastic wrap and placing inside zip type freezer
bags. To reheat: place the frozen waffle into a 350 degree oven or toaster oven until hot. Makes three
large waffles.
Change the basic waffle recipe the same as for pancakes. Use any
of the variations listed above to make different kinds of waffles.
