  • 1 tablespoon corn starch or arrowroot starch
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth powder
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 tsp. Braggs Liquid aminos (or gluten free soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders, cut into chunks

Combine the first eight (8) ingredients together in a small bowl.

In a wok or skillet, stir fry the peppers and onions in 1 tablespoons of the oil for about 5 minutes, then add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in the broth mixture and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 more minutes or until thick and bubbly. Serve with hot rice.
