Orange Ginger Chicken

1 tablespoon corn starch or arrowroot starch

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoons chicken broth powder

1/2 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

4 tsp. Braggs Liquid aminos (or gluten free soy sauce)

1 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground pepper

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup chopped red pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders, cut into chunks
Combine the first eight (8) ingredients together in a small bowl.
In a wok or skillet, stir fry the peppers and onions in 1 tablespoons of the oil for about 5
minutes, then add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in the broth mixture and bring to a boil. Cook
and stir for 2 more minutes or until thick and bubbly. Serve with hot rice.
