Italian Herb Biscuits

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl combine the following:

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tsp. xanthum gum

3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 tsp. of salt

1/2 tsp of each of the following: roasted garlic seasoning, red pepper flakes and an herb seasoning
In a large bowl combine the following:
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Using your large cookie scoop, scoop out
rounds and place them onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. You should get about 8 biscuits. You can now brush them
with melted butter and sprinkle on some more Parmesan cheese or use dried parsley and more red pepper flakes. Bake
for about 20 to 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 8 biscuits.
